All bread is made in a kitchen that handles wheat, other gluten-containing grains, milk, walnuts and sesame. Product recipes can change. Confirm the current batch before ordering if you have an allergy.

Order terms
- Displayed prices are final consumer prices. No checkout fee is added.
- Submitting the form sends an order request. The order is accepted when Tanja confirms it in writing by message.
- Pickup is at Blaak, Rotterdam, at the confirmed date and time.
- Payment is arranged after confirmation, normally by Tikkie.
- Cancel before the Thursday order deadline by emailing or messaging Tanja. After production starts, cancellation may not be possible because the food is made to order and perishable.
- Report a problem as soon as possible by email. Include your name, pickup date and product.

The order form collects your name, email address, phone number, order, pickup date and notes. This data is used to process and confirm your request, prepare the order, send the confirmation email, contact you and meet bookkeeping obligations. The legal bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of the order and legal obligations.
Order data is sent to Google Apps Script, stored in Google Sheets and used by Google Apps Script to send transactional order emails. It is not used for advertising or sold. Operational contact data and notes should be removed within 12 months unless needed for a dispute. Records required for Dutch tax administration may be kept for 7 years.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data by email. You may also object where applicable and complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies and external services
This website does not currently load advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection data such as your IP address. The embedded Google Map may receive technical connection data such as your IP address when the page loads. Instagram receives data only after you open its external link. If analytics is added later, this statement and the consent mechanism must be updated before tracking starts.
